The Iron Guilds is an 18+ community. Members may participate in multiple guilds but must designate one main guild. Each additional guild requires its own onboarding process and application where applicable.

Do not share another person’s private information without permission. Report suspicious activity or serious concerns privately to community leadership.

Leadership reviews reports in context and may take proportionate action to protect the community. Contact staff privately to ask about a moderation decision.

Respect fellow guild members in raids, Mythic+, and social activities. Communicate availability and schedule changes to your raid leadership.

Follow the expectations communicated by your specific raid team. The Cutting Edge team and casual AOTC team may have different schedules and requirements.

The Cutting Edge team uses Loot Council with RC Loot Council. Raise loot or roster concerns privately with the relevant raid leadership.

Enjoy leveling, exploration, raids, battlegrounds, and world PvP while treating fellow guild members respectfully.

Raid loot uses a hybrid master looter and council process. The council determines eligibility to roll; it does not award gear based on main spec or best-in-slot priority.

World PvP is part of the guild’s activities. Keep disputes within community conduct expectations and respect officer direction during organized events.
